22. The officer must receive nominations not later than 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the date of the designations, submitted by means of a copy of a resolution of the board of directors of the university indicating the names of the candidates nominated, along with the original nomination paper provided in Schedule I duly completed and signed by the candidates and the completed candidate information sheets.
